help with Trackmate

Hello community,

could someone tell me how i can add a color manually to the tracks generated by TrackMate in fiji? I tried this - Set Color >> Maunal Color , but this doesn't seem to change the color of the tracks.

​Hi Praveen,

In the 'Configure views' panel, you have to choose the coloring for spots and tracks to be 'manual'.

You have it once the tracking process is complete. 

In the 'set color by', you will find a 'manual color' option. You have to check it both for spots and tracks.

Ok, i did that.. But now the all tracks are grey in color and i cannot change to another color. Can i change the color?
