AI generated text detection

Two of the most popular programs that claim to be able to tell the difference between something written by a human and an AI are Pangram and GPTZero. I tested them with a post I had written about 10 years ago.  Pangram did pretty well, it said there was only a 15% chance it was written by an AI; but GPTZero insisted there was a 75% chance I was an AI. I'm not sure if I should feel insulted or complimented.  GPTZero then said that for a fee it would "humanize" my text. I declined GPTZero's kind offer.
