Excellent video! Trump's tax cut for the rich just made the situation worse, and now the American Fascist Party, aka the Republican party, is pushing as hard as it can to elimidate inheritance taxes, which they like to call death taxes, so billionaires can give all their money to their worthless kids tax free and ensure the continuation of the American aristocracy. Or at least they think it will ensure its continuity, but the wealth gap is not only enormous and it is not only growing, it is accelerating; so I can say with complete confidence that one way or the other this state of affairs will NOT continue. I'm not sure how it will stop but it will certainly stop and  some ways of stopping may not be very pleasant for the ultra rich, I keep thinking of the French revolution. The four or five mega ultra rich people  might want to consider investing in guillotine manufacturing companies, and there could be a big market for titanium neck protectors.

Oh, I agree completely with the video as an accurate assessment of wealth in 2009-2012 video. The best question regarding inequality is what is the best path for dealing with this, in reality? I also hold with the 2014 Princeton study about the US form of government,

https://www.upi.com/Top_News/US/2014/04/16/The-US-is-not-a-democracy-but-an-oligarchy-study-concludes/2761397680051/

This would explain things even before the Citizens United 2010 which has fostered the oligarchy even further.

So, what to do about this issue as well? The two issues are surely integrated and one capitulates the other. For who gets more money the more educated one is (the richest are not typically the academically brainiest), the better off one is. The best explanation for this and it is not a complete answer is cultural values. For many of your students, I would expect to find a majority or east Asians and south Asians because scholarship achievement goes back centuries and millennia.  Another component I suspect, but have no means of proving this, but excelling in mathematics seems to be based on neurological function, say, with the spindle cells comprising parts of the cerebrum. Or, maybe I am just wrong? My point was that those who value education tend to do better than those who don't but I won't disinclude informal training learning as well.

I am good with what you have stated, as long as you don't draw an invisible line of sanctimony around the Liberal fascists. Yes, they act as an aristocracy, and the thing that needs to be pointed out is that those 1% successfully bribe the politicians to do what they want. If you ignore the globalists who have harmed the middle class, John, you are doing your team no favor. Simply enacting a liberal policy, which in fact, changes nothing in the real world, except make the sanctimonious feel more sanctimonious, actually opens up an opportunity for my team to point this out. My suspicion is it won't be Golden Boy as your challenger but somebody else, perhaps smarter and more determined? Takeaway? Find a policy that seems to work well on planet earth and apply it.
