Because of the bitterly cold weather Donald Trump has decided to break with tradition and hold his inauguration inside. I am very disappointed because I remember reading about president William Henry Harrison and his inaugural day in 1841, it was also bitterly cold but Harrison did not wimp out as Trump did, so he insisted his inauguration be held outside so that thousands of people could watch. Harrison liked to give very long speeches just like Trump does, and he gave one on that day. And he got sick as a result. And 31 days later he died of pneumonia becoming the shortest serving president in American history.  And before that speech Harrison seemed to be in good health, and he was 20 years younger than Trump.

Well, I understand that you would like to see the same outcome :-),
but don't forget that the majority of your fellow countrymen wouldn't.
Also, the weather thing is evidently BS. They must have been made
aware of credible security concerns.

That's almost true but not quite. Trump got 49.8% of the popular vote, a plurality but not a majority.
