Russia is engaged in a brutal war of conquest in Ukraine, tens of thousands of missiles armed with thermonuclear warheads can be launched with the push of a button, the Earth is hotter than it's been in thousands of years and it's getting hotter, bird flu is waiting in the wings, and above all  computers are almost certainly going to become much more intelligent than human beings sometime in the next four years and pose the most significant danger to the continuation of the human race since the end of the last ice age. If what you say is true, if the reason Democrats lost the election is because of worries over transsexual men competing in women's sports, then 49.8% of American voters are fucking morons.

I think now I know the meaning of "woke". American voters may be morons, but the democrats are obtuse to the perversion of transgender men competing in women's sports. They can't seem to grasp that castrating oneself doesn't change the body type. Is this STUPID, or STUPID? No other choice IMO. AG

I wrote it was PART of the reason the D's lost. Another was the Afghanistan withdrawal. Harris never strongly made the point that it was Trump who negotiated the withdrawal date while keeping the Afghan government out of the negotiations. In an interview she said she couldn't think of anything the Biden administration could have done different. How about trying to delay the withdrawal for maybe 6 months, not only to withdraw billions of dollars of our military equipment, but to ensure the withdrawal of Aghans who helped us for the 20 years we were there, who would likely be tracked down by the Taliban and murdered? And they handled the border issue miserably. Biden said he needed congressional action to restrain the flow of illegal entries, but then restrained them with any agreement with Congress. AG

The democrats lost the elections in the U.S. because they are
completely out of touch with the people and especially with the
working class. They sound like that high school teacher we all had and
disliked, who in hindsight was perhaps a nice person but was so
completely out of touch with us that we all hated and mocked her/him
all the time, and we didn't listen to her/him even when we should
have. It is a communication problem. The sooner the democrats realize
this, the better.

I'd be interested in some specifics concerning how the d's abandoned the
working class. I recall that Harris endorsed the Child Tax Credit which would
have had major impact on working America, and to protect SS, Medicare,
Medicaid, and ObamaCare. In the face of Republican opposition to these
polices -- whether they admit it or not -- I don't see that the d's abandoned the
working class. AG

They lost because they were quickly approaching neo-marxism, this time based on race, gender and disability. Let DEI DIE and let's move on with normal healthy life.

Woaaaa... it really took you a lot. Finally you saw common sense. Hope now you realize it has nothing to do with Trump. It has all to do with mental health.

Aaa... sorry... I thought you saw common sense. I guess I was wrong. You should hurry up to get a job while the lunatics are still running the country, by telling them you are a disabled black gay transgender. Hurry up! Your last chance to get a job. Starting next week you will have to prove merit.

You clearly are oblivious to the recent hiring practices in which you were rejected for being straight while male with 10 years experience, while they were hiring a noob gay black female with absolutely 0 experience. You should get out of your parents basement more often.

You mean besides the fact that the democrats have been
self-righteously preaching for years that working class people are
deplorable garbage and their values are bullshit?
Really, feel totally free to call me garbage and shit, but then don't
be surprised when I vote against you!

I admit the Democrats have done some silly things and have let wokeness get out of control, but I disagree they've become completely out of touch with the working class, especially when compared to Donald Trump who had the richest man on the planet LITERALLY (not just figuratively) dancing around him and jumping for joy after spending well over $250 million to get Trump elected again. And as Allen pointed out, the Democrats endorsed the Child Tax Credit, protecting Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and ObamaCare which the Republicans tried to kill. And the Democrats opposed enacting even more tax breaks for the ultra mega rich which now, thanks to the Republicans, we are certain to get.

I note that Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta (a.k.a. Facebook) and Open AI's Sam Altman have each contributed $1 million to Trump's "inaugural fund". I don't blame them, if I were in their position I'd do the same thing because it's a legal way to bribe a president, and if a company doesn't pay up they're going to end up on Trump's enemies list. And he has the power to make life very difficult for them.

As for transgender men competing in women's sports, frankly I don't give a damn if they do or don't; I have more important things to worry about during the next Trump administration, like the Singularity and the potential extinction of the human race.

Hillary? I think she was referring to Trump supporters who ignore the he's a
convicted felon. And she wasn't referring to working peope in general. AG
