Provider not getting emails for new appointments

Hello there,
I am new to Easy!Appointments.
Currently, when I book an appointment, I get a confirmation email for the client, but not to the provider's email (testet with 2 different addresses, now both client and provider use protonmail, but only client gets an email notification).

If I understand https://groups.google.com/g/easy-appointments/c/64uyAmbBUKY correctly, the provider should also get an email notification.

So
- it is not the server as it does send emails
- it is not the providers email provider as its the same as the client's

Any ideas?

my yunohost server is running version: 1.5.2

Hello! 

Quite possibly there must be an error right after sending the customer notification, which is the first one sent, that might block any consequent mails from being delivered. 

We would need to figure out what that error is, so you may take a closer look at the server logs and post them here
