You know, the ones that look like favicon.ico on most of well-known sites using Disqus I've been to, the ones to the left of the forum's name when you open your Disqus account window? Is this a feature available to paid accounts only?
Thanks!

This is pulled periodically based on the forum's website (see /admin/settings/ for a forum you moderate). To force an update, you can make a change to your forum's settings and press "Save". Definitely not a paid feature, it should work for all forums.

Thank you for your response! Yes, I agree, this is how it should work. But I'm afraid this isn't exactly what's happening here. The site has had a favicon.ico long before I signed up for Disqus, so it would have been available if it were requested. I have done multiple changes in Settings since this question was posted and the icon did not appear.

In fact, looking at some of the more popular sites that you'd think should have resolved that issue already, like the Christian Science Monitor (CSMonitor) , I see that they don't have the icon either. So, it may not be that easy.

Could someone from the Disqus Team chime in here perhaps?

Thanks!

Could you drop our support team a line at http://disqus.com/support/? Seems like there might be either a bug or a problem hitting your web server. Thanks,
Mike
