Announcement: Voter Registration for Annual Election

To all USGenWeb Project Members,

It is almost time for our annual USGenWeb Project election. Are you

registered to vote? Voter registration is not automatic, you must

register yourself. If you have not previously registered, you will need

to do so now to vote in the upcoming election. Voter Registration will

close on May 31st  at 11:59 PM CT.

It is also a good idea to check your member registration to make sure

that all of your regions show within your record. If any are missing you

will not be able to vote in that area of the election. To check your

record go to

https://www.usgenweb.org/usgwelections/registration/regGuide.html for

instructions on accessing your record and registering to vote.

STATE and SPECIAL PROJECT COORDINATORS: If you have not notified the

Election Committee of changes to your project's membership; new members

will not be able to register to vote, and members who have left your

project will still be registered. Login to Oversight to view and update

your Project Membership List. If you have forgotten your Oversight

password (it is different than your membership registration password)
