Request help with the ID of this warbler.

This bird is always found near a pool of water which can be seen in the first photo. There is this wasteland/grassland close to Dibrugarh and within the tall grass growing there (I found the Chestnut-capped Babbler in the same place) there is a damp swampy area with a pool of water. This bird is always found there.
 
Could this be a Smoky Warbler or is it a Dusky?

I'd say Smoky. It is very dark overall, has a fine, dark bill and long
dull supercilium, and looks too lightly-built for Dusky.
