Description: “A sumptuous musical feast from Colorado” featuring Joe Scott on double necked “guitjo” and wife Hannah Alkire on cello. Georgia’s Good Life Magazine calls their music “some of the most powerful and intriguing music on the scene today.” A moving combination of Celtic, classical and contemporary folk.

The guitjo sounds at times like a guitar, sometimes a mandolin, and other times like harp, hammered dulcimer or banjo. Hannah’s cello can only be described as magnificent.

Acoustic Eidolon has graced stages throughout the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia and have produced 8 CDs.
