Patient ID is present, so am not sure about that "unknown" message. Whenever the transmission fails, I simply drill down in the series and check the instances manually, skipping the instance where the failure occurred and send the rest. If I even go back and try exporting those single failed instances, same result is experienced. I inspected the failed instance(s) and found no inconsistency. The entire study is retrievable/viewable inside the local office, however.
I went ahead and made the relevant mods in StoreScp but got same result. Sometimes I retry sending and the transfer is done in about 10 seconds as opposed to the normal 8 minutes. When this happens, the images appear as question mark (?) on the destination PACS. If I try sending the study from the viewier (OsiriX or other), it goes as normal but still got question marks for images.
Any other idea?
