Dcm4chee-arc-light Change Patient Name

I'm looking for a way to change the patient name for studies that have already been sent to my dcm4chee-arc-light instance. Something like an API would be great because I will need to change the name for many studies. This is related to my previous question:  https://groups.google.com/g/dcm4che/c/3Kjc60NIkVw

Thanks, I originally looked over that because I misread it as only changing PatientID but now I see it works great for my purposes.
