Cannot open weasis in dcm4chee,?

When I try to view image in dcm4chee-web3 with weasis, the error log like this:

It seems that jnlp application is fail to start, anyone has suggestion about this? thank a lot!

My Environment is:

JDK 7

Unfortunately dcm4chee 2.x.x is no longer maintained since 2015 and I can only encourage you to upgrade to dcm4chee-arc-light.

Weasis 4 cannot work with JNLP. Please read carefully the installation documentation here, the new weasis protocol requires dcm4chee 2.18.3.
