dcm4chee-arc-psql:5.33.1-secure: fs1 CACHE to NEARLINE. Studies gets deleted from NEARLINE

Hello,

In 5.31.2 I have tested this scenario:

I have created additional storage 'nearline' NEARLINE/PERMANENT, changed fs1 to ONLINE/CACHE.

Created queue for Copying to Nearline storage.

Created Exporter Descriptor to Copy files

Created Study Retention Policy and chose created Exporter Descriptor.

Basically what was offered here (https://groups.google.com/g/dcm4che/c/a2GvQ2G5jxo/m/mLF8ALetAQAJ in .ldif file)

I can change the Study expiration date to past and it successfully moves the study from fs1 to nearline and it stays in nearline.

However in 5.33.1-secure I did the same thing and the study is being moved from fs1 to nearline, but after few more minutes RejectExpiredStudiesScheduler.execute() starts and it marks the study in nearline storage as rejected and deletes it from the list.

Is there a different approach in 5.33.1 to move studies from fs1 to nearline?
