ERROR: dependencies ‘mnormt’, ‘pbivnorm’, ‘quadprog’, ‘numDeriv’ are not available for package ‘lava

Hi And thanks in advance for any advice or pointers you can give. I'm getting this message when installing Lavaan in R. I've had other issues with the system this week (see posts here and at Lavaan):

ERROR: dependencies ‘mnormt’, ‘pbivnorm’, ‘quadprog’, ‘numDeriv’ are not available for package ‘lava

is there a way I can get these dependencies straightened out? I've tried reinstalling R a couple of times but the problem messages are suggesting broken packages.

Hi! I see Lavaan mentioned at https://github.com/IQSS/ZeligSEM/blob/master/demo/demo-sem.R but not anywhere in the version of Zelig mentioned in the Dataverse Installation Guide: http://guides.dataverse.org/en/4.6/installation/r-rapache-tworavens.html

Can you please clarify what Lavaan has to do with Dataverse? I did find a reference to Lavaan in a dataset that happens to be hosted by the Harvard Dataverse: http://hdl.handle.net/1902.1/21816 . In this case, you should use the "Email Dataset Contact" button for assistance.
