Opinions on Enabling the Following External Tools: Binder, Whole Tale?

Hello,

Here at Johns Hopkins University, we are curious about who has enabled the following external tools for their Dataverse instance and if you’d be willing to share your thoughts on the utility of the tool to your researchers. The tools are Binder, Whole Tale, and JupyterHub.

Sorry for the slow reply.

I wanted to spread the sad news that Whole Tale is no longer active. I just opened a pull request to remove it from the Dataverse guides: https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/pull/11497

As for Binder, we have it installed on Harvard Dataverse and I suspect people use it (and dare I say like it) but I don't have any data on this.
