Matching heads on Hitachi Travelstar

Tried to do a headswap on a Hitachi Travelstar and the drive would not come ready afterwards.
Original: IC25N080ATMR04-0 MLC: H69519
Donor: IC25N080ATMR04-0 MLC: H69555
I know I didn't screw up the headswap because when I put them back in the original drive, it worked fine. Do I need an exact match on the MLC as well as the model? Or does something else need to match?

>Same model number is required to be a donor head; nearest date;
Fujitsu
>Same model and same part number are required to be a donor head;nearest date;
Toshiba
>Same model number and the codes at the lower side of the model are required to be a donor head.

Date is sometimes important, it's better if you find a nearest date for your donor.
Please correct me if I am wrong here and I know you must have your own checking parameters when performing the head swap.
