Dear Lalt
The purpose of hypothesis testing in Chi sq test is to check whether the categories of 2 var(s) were found to be associated or not?
When p-value<0.05 it indicates that the categories are related.
p-value of 4.02E-67 indicates the it is a very small value like
0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000402
So this indicates that the categories of ur var(s) are related.
But u must be careful that none of the cell shd have expected count <5
Best wishes
Neeraj

hello Sir,

Does it mean that E value is invalid and it does not help in deciding whether the p-value (e.g. 3.28E 12) is significant or not..????

Whenever p-value>0.05 we accept the null hypothesis.
p-value of 3.28E12 means it is 3.28x10 power 12 i.e. 32800000000 a very lareg no. but its not possible as max probability can be 1
p-value of 3.28E-12 means it is 0.000000000003280, a very small no. and hence Null hypothesis will not be accepted.
