Respected Sir,

Thanks for giving me useful links. With the help of those links I have completed validity and reliability phase.

(1)  Help me in interpreting the loadings values like 1.33, 1.20 etc. (attached Amos.doc)

(2) As role of theory is very important in SEM, I have studied about the relationship between factors that I have picked for my research.
I have considered 13 factors important in my research and I didnt get relationship among all of then in one study (In research papers only 5 or 6 factors considered).
Many papers have contracting relationship between few factors.

Please suggest the steps to apply SEM for establishing the relationship between constructs.

Dear Vaibhav

Recently I've taken a 3 day workshop on SEM in BVIMR. It was at the speed of Rajdhani express, still I was not able to complete the contents. So Its very very difficult to write all the steps here.
Its better to attend any workshop on SEM or see Gaskin complete series on
Feel free to ask for the doubts heres

Best wishes
Neeraj

Respected Sir,

Thanks sir for giving me suggestion and direction. I have gone through suggested and related youtube links and followed steps in my data set. But still have some doubts, whether I am going in right direction or not.

Steps:
EFA  (Checked and dropdded items accordingly)-SPSS
(1) Cronbach alpha
(2) KMO & Communalities
(3) Total varience explained ( Eigen values or number of factors fixed)
(4) Sceen plot (optional)
(5) Component and rotated component matrix (in my case)
Finally factors and corresponding items decided again individual cronbach's alpha checked.

CFA-AMOS
(1) Model fit checked CFI, NFI, GFI, etc. according to MI's high values
(2) Checked for reliability and Validity ( convergent & discriminant)

Path diagram- AMOS
(1) Checked Regression weights Tables for p value =***.

Dear Neeraj Sir,
Greetings!
Can variance estimates (shown on error terms in AMOS) be greater than 1? What it means getting error variance more than 1? I see authors in their confirmatory model of scales reporting error term estimate only less than 1 (See link here http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article/file?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0152892&type=printable ). AMOS doest offer any standardized error variance or am I missing something?

Please reply ASAP.
Regards
Sanjay
