The latest is the MOF is recently turn down the similar pay fixation
demand of technical supervisor of icar & the letter is placed in
the dadanamoly group. From the clarification it can be verified that
the MOF stance to the fixation is only applicable to Assistant of CSS
cadre & they are of different group. Hence there fixation will be
done as per $A illustration with 7450 and all other category will done
as per $A illustration with 6500 as they are the adminstrator of
regulation of pay rule . Hence you will not get the decision from MOF in
your favour.
