So I am having a bit of an issue here. The Dremel 3000 mount doesn't really seem to fit my Dremel 3000. The bottom mount is so loose it just get left behind when the Z axis starts to move up. I have even tried putting to some spacers in there to tighten it up, but still no luck. That isn't what has me the most worried though. If all else fails I can drill and tap a couple holes on the bottom mount and use some screws to tighten it into the Dremel.

The thing that worries me the most is that the Z axis itself seems to be slightly out of alignment. Like the x carriage mounts for the z axis linear rails are set ever so slightly further apart, or closer together, than the Z axis upper and lower mounts.

I had originally printed all the parts in ABS. So I thought shrinkage might have been the cause. I reprinted the x carriage and z mounts in PETG, and I have the same issue.

I am thinking about going to the spindle mount, but not sure which spindle I should go with?

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.

I went with a 400W silent, quite a big difference when comparing with a dremel and it is indeed silent
or at least when comparing with a normal spindle.
