Started up my cyclone for first time in a while, it seems to be moving too fast?

I have not powered up my cyclone in a while. I have a new laptop so I loaded a fresh copy of BCNC and tried to mill a bowl.

It seems to be working ok but the tool path moves REALLY fast now. I didn't change any settings in GRBL. Is there some default settings in the new version of BCNC that I should change?

The default velocities of bCNC are very high indeed!
