I have used the Resco Explorer 2005 5.42 registry editor,
the setting is:
HKLM\Drivers\Console\OutputTo 0 (DWORD)
(0 is a zero).
Now the PocketCMD runs fine,

PPS: The vncserver from
http://www.pocketvnc.com/projects/pocketvnc/index.php
runs fine as well, so i can access the IPAQ desktop on my Linux X11
desktop.
