If you aren't hungry, you don't need to eat, period!
You will be more successful with weight loss if you find a type of exercise that you enjoy. You are more likely to exercise if you are having fun. You can participate in a favorite sport, or become interested in a new one. If you have physical issues that keep you from performing some sports then try a walking program. It is simple and cheap to do.
Rewarding yourself when you meet goals will help you to stay motivated when trying to lose weight. If you endure 60 minutes on the treadmill or exercise bike, treat yourself to something nice afterwards. Perhaps buy yourself some new clothes, take a trip to the movie theater or have a night out with friends.
