well, it is of cause me.
I normally use fossil on CentOS 6.5 (it was included, but the version is
scary old, so self compiled). Well, I tried today on Windows and got the
following warning (only my password is changed):

When I look with the browser to the certificate used for the web-site:
- it is from the same authority
- different fingerprint
