Colibri Files and Folders Indexing

Where in Colibri can I tell it to index files and folders? I want my
documents, desktop etc... to be indexed as well, I don't see where to
set this or to see what it is currently indexing.

I'm not sure if we have saved a copy of that page, but most of the
information comes from old threads on this group.
