Dear QinYang,

The probabilistic atlas from Desikan et al., with Freesurfer is what comes to mind.
Craddock offers an elegant scheme for cluster analysis.

To the best of my knowledge, FSL may have native segmentation libraries for
image annotation based on regions.

Best,
Cartik

    Hi all,

I remembered someone mentioned that it should be easy to calculate
connectome based on parcellations other than Freesurfer or Lausanne2008,
but I could not find the post detailing how this can be done.

Does anyone know how to do this?

I am intended to use this parcellation published by Craddock, 20011:
    https://www.nitrc.org/projects/cluster_roi/

    Thanks!
