How to use other parcellation Scheme to Generate connectomes using cmp?

Hi all,

I remembered someone mentioned that it should be easy to calculate connectome based on parcellations other than Freesurfer or Lausanne2008, but I could not find the post detailing how this can be done. 

Does anyone know how to do this?

I am intended to use this parcellation published by Craddock, 20011:  https://www.nitrc.org/projects/cluster_roi/
