The node boots and communicates fine in "recovery" mode, so there is nothing
wrong with the physical link and there is no blacklisting or filtering going
on. It looks like the standard Emulab (Cloudlab) startup scripts for the
control network are there and it doesn't look like networkmanager is installed
so..it must be something in the OS. I don't know what you might have customized
on that node, did you add any packages related to the network?
You can use the node "Reload" option in the per-node menu to reimage the
disk with a fresh version of the OS, see if that changes anything.
