As per the release note
After that does the existing AutoML tables and models cannot be accessed?
According to [1] Legacy AutoML and AI Platform remain available, but future improvements will be implemented on Vertex AI.
What does shutdown actually mean?

The shutdown date for AutoML Tables has changed from Mar 31, 2024 to July
24, 2024.
After that does the existing AutoML tables and models cannot be accessed?
