Hello, I've been using circos and I'd like to color a link with one
color in one end (say, yellow) and another one in the other end (say,
red) and get a color gradient to color the link (say, a warm gradient
for the whole link). I've read all the manuals, the group, tried to
tinkle things but I can't do it, and I don't know if it's just not
possible or I'm missing something.

Thanks!

This isn't currently possible - sorry.

I also look for this function, sometimes, interaction domain at one gene is clear, but the other side is not .... better to give two colors at the edge.....

hope the new version of Circos can have this new feature :p

Link gradients aren't available yet.

The only option at the moment to encode link directionality is by independently adding a symbol at the end of a link using another track.

This tutorial explains how to do this

Still circos doesn't support this function now?
Or any other optional way could solve this problem now?

Thanks

It would be nice to have this function. It is the only thing that i need for my plot! A chord plot doesnt work good for me!
Best,

Alex.
