Installing Circos on Mac OS Sequoia 15.5

Hi all,

Does anyone know of an updated tutorial for installing Circos on Mac? I updated to Sequoia 15.5 for compatibility with XCode, and have been running into several error messages while following this guide:

Is anyone aware of an updated tutorial/guide for Mac OS Circos installation?

Hi,

Take a look at the bottom of this thread https://groups.google.com/g/circos-data-visualization/c/qOIjmy4_wnM . I somehow managed to get it to work but not sure if I can replicate it.
