I fully agree with Gp Capt Sahni, we are doctors first and can certainly decide on whether a patient requires a radiological investigation or not,.
However there is a flip side to this also; certain radiologists are referring patients to themselves for radiological investigations which may not be indicated...this is where commercial aspect comes in which is certainly unethical and may not be correct as per law also.

    Radiological investigation, certainly a Radiologist can. By doing an
    additional Clinical Post Graduation, we do not loose the status of being a
