An initiative meeting on the establishment of Asia Pacific Copyright Association (APCA) will be held at UTCC on 5 March 2011 (2.00 - 5.00p.m.) Both lawyers and non-lawyers who are interested in copyright regime are welcomed. A good chance to discuss with Prof. J.A. Sterling from QMUL, Dr. Pisawat Sukontapun from TU, IP judges, public prosecutors, and copyright department officials from DIP.
