Hello,
I am working with Dr. Jann Sarkaria on the Mayo Clinic Brain Tumor Patient-Derived Xenograft National Resource. We would like to make our data publically available in cBioPortal. This data contains both phenotypic and genomic data for a panel of patient-derived xenografts. Having this data in cBioPortal will allow researchers to perform analysis on available data and readily identify tumor lines of interest for future studies.
We will have the following data to load:
- Clinical data
- RNAseq expression
- Epic methylation array data
- WES mutation calls
- CNV data
I have run the validation scripts and our data has been validated. I have been having difficulty getting the metaImport script to work. I have been in contact with Ino de Bruijn and was made aware that we can have our data loaded by cBioPortal staff. Please advise on how to proceed with transferring the meta and data files.
Thanks,
Paul
