Thanks for the info. When you are back in office, would you please try a different browser and see if that would work?
If not, It is also possible that your IT network is blocking some of the resources cBioPortal is using. Would you please try to find out whether there are any error message in the browser console (https://documentation.concretecms.org/tutorials/how-open-browser-console-view-errors) and sent a screenshot to us?

Hi JJ,
At home and on my iphone there was no difficulty loading the URL above. On two computers at work this afternoon it would not open, just got a blank page. IT at BWH had the same thing happen when the issue was reported. It also happened the day before.

Hi cBioPortal,
For some reason I cannot load cBioPortal website. This is happening after a move to a new office, however no other websites are giving the same issue.
Clicking on the bookmar/website brings up a blank page that stays blank for over several minutes. This is happening on two computers, I can reach the website on my iphone.
Can you help?
