Hello cbio portal,

I'm trying to export some mutation data from the MSK-IMPACT dataset, but when I do so, I lose the tumor type annotation (the cells come up blank in the csv).  Any advice?

Many thanks in advance,

Heidi

Heidi,

I don’t believe we provide tumor type annotation in the default data downloads.

But, you can get the complete data via our Data Hub:
https://github.com/cBioPortal/datahub/tree/master/public.  These are
tar.gz files for each study.  See the one marked
msk_impact_2017.tar.gz.

We also have a new Web API where you can get everything:
http://www.cbioportal.org/api/swagger-ui.html#/
