Downloadable histology slide images

Your project is excellent. However, I am having trouble finding all cases that have downloadable histology slide images though. We are doing pathology histologic morphology correlates, especially with colon cancer, and are hoping to use cbioportal for this. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

Hi Jonathan,

We are using the Cancer Digital Slide Archive to visualize pathology images for TCGA samples. 

Their website is here:

http://cancer.digitalslidearchive.net/

We have slides available for most of the TCGA samples.
