I want to develop an app using ipod touch as a bluetooth headset. Not
with, but the touch itself is the headset, for using touch together

Hi

yes, afaik, this only needs SDP and L2CAP. You need to implement the headset profile or A2DP for that. If the headset profile allows to use either ACL or SCO packets, you should go with ACL packets as SCO aren't supported/working on iOS devices.
