If you have some free time I would like any of you to :

Take some cognitive test on any task . Rotation or any other task that you take regularly.
Can be found on http://www.cambridgebrainsciences.com

Now watch a movie. Keep increasing its play speed till it becomes barely comprehensible. Try to follow along for 15 - 20 minutes.

Now take the test again.

Do you notice any improvement ? I do.

Any further testing since posting this?

Reminds me of the speed hearing training rumored to have gone on in the 70's. I searched briefly online for more information regarding the alleged U.S. Army experiments from the 50's on this very subject, but no luck.

Nothing miraculous but what I've found is that you temporarily enter into a kind of high speed mode that allows you to perform a bit better.
