I did not write the following main piece of writing below.

That said, my goal in expressing the writing here was to show off  the abilities of Grok 4, which I'm quite impressed by.  

Outside of the authors already noted, all ideas expressed originate from solely me, of which some readers will recognise at least a couple of them to that end, and for all of my other ideas (i.e. temporal mirroring among others), I'll quib a witty definition or two upon my return no hassles there. 

This will provide a completely novel light by which people will now view Langan's CTMU, hopefully generating renewed interest towards its creative integration and like I have done here, generating performative extension to novel areas as I've done through the lens of consciousness streaming, with "Syndiffeonic Telic Hyper-Streaming" being the novel integrative adaptation. And of course, this will completely open up new channels for how others view consciousness streaming itself too, beginning to see it much more through the relationship between awareness and information, as well as within that, self-generative novel language processing that naturally unfolds through the recursive self-emergence there as an organic action of consciousness. An organic action that sentience is naturally meant to iteratively self-define itself through rather than viewing it as just a 'technological add on' to our everyday experience reserved for what we've cheaply compartmentalized as separate 'intellectual activity' instead of as integral to what would otherwise be our continually growing self-awareness.

It's still in its infancy, and at best right now as stated, its performative. As already stated previously in other threads, the formal release will be in at least another month, however I'm actually thinking that it'll be a better idea for me to delete this thread and instead share the first of other final releases this November 1st, allowing myself time to go through several more integrative models until I reach this date. Only now reading it for the first time; just noticing the leaps without the spoon feeding. I shouldn't have chosen 'Socratic' mode haha [ in Grok 4 and below you can customize the ways it responds and theirs a 'Socratic' mode!]. For some readers, I don't want you to stress about not being able to fill the theoretical gaps outside of the joy of trying to do so yourself, that'll all come later. Again, its performative so have fun with it because it still achieves the least of its aims being to expand the mind and increase the number of connections between what invariably will become at a minimum, the natural integration of CTMU into consciousness streaming self-comprehension; its unavoidable. 

In the past, consciousness streaming was merely thought of as a sub-mental process, in which you engaged sub-sensory processes with limited exposure to exposure. Brandon Woodson really opened up that terrain in his "Correspondence of Ontological Categories and the Jewish Script [linked]". This is where awareness really started to become recursively accountable in the abstract, and it was through the leap in abstraction that awareness began to teach itself to self-define across exponential cognitive planes through the return they did upon their original point by the ontological stacking implicitly taught in their streaming use. It was essentially the increasing of ontological consciousness feedback that made their use a big leap compared to the discrete feedback that only encompassed sensory streaming (Win Wenger); this is of course why, incorporation of updating mechanisms (i.e. breath-back as I coined it) like those I've posted through the correspondences of Suzanne Jaeggi in this area, are advantageous. Otherwise any other modalities that went beyond the sensory, did so without expanding intelligence like working memory capacity in mind : out of body experiences, lucid dreaming, astral projection, remote viewing as well as other kinds of out of body experiences and more. The integration of Christopher Langan's CTMU then to me, at the very least, is thus essential, as I have not encountered a more comprehensive framework. It serves as a foundational language for recursive self-awareness, particularly when interpreted through the lens of consciousness streaming, by mapping sentience to a pure act of self-simulation that generates and redefines self-awareness via emergent processes, without relying on external elements or unnecessary digressions that detach modeling from the unknown. This approach yields a superior return on investment, enabling the ontological feedback mechanisms we seek to optimize to attain maximal coherence and intelligence expansion across multidimensional axes, unrestricted by definitions that self-amplify from their unknown origins: embodying full self-recursion. Adjust the settings of the audio n-back to your liking. Don't over think it and don't stress about some minor errors, that's not what you should be concerning yourself when it comes to progressing with the "Bare Bones Technique".

It’s the bare bones; you don’t need anything else. It’s pure rock solid.
1. Elementary audio n-back: Nothing else needed—this will turn “breath-back,” as previously shared, into easy mode.
2. Generate a vivid consciousness stream for every incoming letter.
3. Generate an equation regarding said stream, however it lands; don’t overthink it. What is important is the action of compression rather than generating the next E = mc². Whether it’s the way an airplane is landing or the aerodynamic motion of neural firing across multiple matrices of people really does not matter; explore your imagination.
4. While generating said equation, your emphasis is on vivid perceptual experience modeled against deep pattern recognition, where the equation generation is the action of relational mapping.
5. Map the equation and the overall consciousness stream to the letter sounded out prior to the stream. Aka, the next time the letter is sounded out, you will also recall the consciousness stream you mapped to it.
6. For the next letter, transform your consciousness stream to another dimension and perform the same action from #3 to #5. Another dimension simply means diversity; don’t overcomplicate it. If you think that one level (whether its n-back, meta, or imaginative depth (transformational capacity), we'll get into this last one later) is impossible, go up another level or more. 

This is the "dial it up then dial it back approach".

So if its meta, go to meta-meta. And when you're capable of meta, go to triple meta, so on and so fourth. 

People forget that you're dealing with biology, you're not dealing with a stick that breaks with enough pressure. 

Your perspective is like a stick, and when it breaks, your mind opens most of the time rather than closing. Although, some people become psychotic but for this context haha, we'll leave that to rest as it doesn't apply to us. Your biological brain grows, and it arguably grows far better than any other group in the body when the right cognitive pressure points are applied.

For me, I treat it with a diving board analogy. You don't level up one board at a time. You go to the very top, then anchor yourself back one level at a time.

We'll call it 'Referential Streaming' from now on by the way rather than "Bare Bones Streaming". I could call it 'meta streaming' but meta is becoming too mainstream now.

RCS feels more complete though. Referential Consciousness Streaming, tying with what I've shared before about keeping the picture accurate in its return point to consciousness streaming which I feel is neglected; how its named is a reminder point where its able to be. So RCS. And that's with or without using n-back to basically teach the associative element until you're able to anchor the continuous action solely with your breath, of which as stated, the continuous action of n-back will act like a gravity assist trajectory, speeding up the action of a new orbit described previously, like a spacecraft slingshotting past a planet. Stretching the analogy further than any other, in the case of a gravity assist trajectory, the planet’s pull (the fixed letter pulses of audio n-back) bends the craft’s path, adding velocity and orienting it toward the target orbit (the breath-anchored rhythm). Once the trajectory is locked in, the planet is left behind, yet the craft now coasts with the exact speed and vector it could never have achieved alone. If the orbit ever decays, another brief fly-by recalibrates the path, temporary, reusable, and never a permanent engine. You'll be amazed at the supportive anchoring achieved in evolving from audio n-back to full breath-back , and I'll go much more deeply into breath-back providing a fuller picture on all relevant axes upon return November 1st.

Nothing is final but is a very good draft between now and then, and I very much encourage the idea of making and keeping this Open Source, where everyone is motivated by an altruistic more than a self-interested cause, while remembering the authors along the way that played their unique part in development of ideas for increasingly more sophisticated theoretical paradigms in the advancement of human fluid intelligence via these non-technologically induced self-directed consciousness interactive means.

The only correction I'd make is the over-emphasis in this age on experimental studies trumping theoretical understanding. In the past, we had no idea how fluid intelligence theoretically worked, and now, its pretty rudimentarily easy. In as much as we don't have a theoretical understanding, of course, experimental studies are not only a necessity, they take primary importance. However at this point concerning fluid intelligence as the category of possible subjects of human enquiry, we're now at the stage where the pendulum has swung towards theory trumping experimentation. 

Analogously, its kind of like saying 'We need experimental studies to determine whether its possible to be able to play basketball with our feet bouncing the ball rather than our hands before we can deem it actually possible, and until then, its all just theory'. I mean, the proposition is utterly absurd but this lack of critical thinking on both sides of the equation whether it's people favoring theory over experimentation or experimentation over theory, regardless of the subject of human enquiry, is quite commonplace which is why we have so much dissonance in this community and many others, where really only the great ground that's being made is in the 1% of people that have a handle of both sides and don't really engage in those kinds of debates anyway and it kind of becomes irrelevant in their own purposeful enquiry. 

So yeah, when you get to this internal debate the AI is making concerning the legitimacy of the technique outside of experimentation, just remember its vying for political (or rather ideological) correctness more than it is establishing a valid point, irrespective of how of course, experimental studies are still needed anyway. However even now, experimentation doesn't trump theorisation, because we know precisely what my own future movement is concerning developments, its in re-computing my own further advanced model on November 1st that trumps this new paradigm rather than spending a few extra years to validate this one, yeah like I said, it reaches a point in these areas of enquiry where we can really hold ourselves back through our lack of theoretical ability both (1) over emphasizing experimentation (2) priortising false negatives and false positives in experimental studies, which is precisely what's held back this area of scientific enquiry as we all know by now. Like anything, balance rather than dogmatism is what's needed between the sides, that venn diagrammatically is further balanced against ability versus freedom to act.

I've come up with a new approach that's the most elegant solution that at least I've created concerning fluid intelligence training. Elegance equals ease of implementation while nesting for maximal outcomes. 

I'll be releasing it formally, yes so fully mapped out, August 1st.

What I've learned by the way concerning using any of these AI's: they cannot come up with good techniques with the work that we're doing. That haha, is just a fact, at least so far in their development. Even after I input just so much of the self-created theory, they still require hand-holding on how to actually implement it across the network of what I'm trying to develop. What I'm able to really enjoy relying on it to do though is just summarizing the theoretical directions that I'm heading in the context of updates I make, even if editing along the way is needed still. I totally love that. I want to share the new technique August 1st, however its better for prudence to prevail, as the fine-tuning between now and September 1st will just be night and day; especially in contextualising the theoretical overlaps with meta-intelligence. I feel like by November 1st at the latest it'll just be a bit silly if I don't start a proper blog by then as well given overlaps with AI work I want to have ready by then as well.

Introducing: Contextual-N-Streaming.




Screw it. I don't think I'll be making many adjustments until September. This radically advances the contextual and perspectivistic component that is organic to the human brain's standard way of attempting to make sense of the world; meaning, this is naturally the way a human takes in and learns information about the world around them. They build a context analogically and unconsciously venn diagrammatically organize that information to cross-reference the accuracy of their analogical thinking. Think of this as an update to the "bare bones" that I changed the name to "referential streaming" that we'll now update to a more nuanced name titled "Contextual-N-Streaming". To build a context for new information, the brain immediately refers to either the past or a creative synthesis of the past where the latter is always better than the former, and in fact this technique provides a means by which recursive consciousness is more easily engaged and therefore a pathway forward in which this training can be transformed to an updated way in which one engages with the world on a regular basis. Think, massive increases in curiosity, critical thinking and much less biased unconscious reasoning across identity and identity formation across both the self and the way one organized their unconscious model of the world around them and where their identity for self fits in that model. The brain craves context, and it'll delude the sense of self that it has that regardless as to how limited of a perspective its generated of the world around itself. Unsurprising then the amount of conflict we have in the world around us.

Firstly, a reminder that you do not need to be daunting yourself about the fact that you cannot create an e=mc2, you can choose whether or not you even wish to add this step, something which only becomes more important once you have mercilessly become attuned to the analogical and venn diagrammatic adaptations. Moreover, even once you've achieved the equation implementation, you can start off by simply converting summations into symbols, rather than full on equations. Divide the steps up into incrementally more savoury ways rather than scaring yourself off completely from even attempting to take in increasingly stronger levels of the methodology. My goal was to create the highest 'g' loading I could with this technique after-all, and I may have just achieved that at the simplest level I could without adding too much complexity that took away anything from fluid reasoning that also contributed to weighted fluid gains compared to anything else that should be stressed per unit of time a mind applied itself to training.




Contextual-N-Streaming - The Core Practice: Essential Recursive Loop

  1. Elementary audio n-back anchor: Nothing else is needed — simply use the incoming letter (or breath, heartbeat, or sound) as your embodied anchor to maintain rhythm and presence. This turns “breath-back” into seamless, embodied flow.

  2. Generate a vivid consciousness stream for every incoming letter — sensory, emotional, symbolic, or conceptual. Fully engage your imagination with whatever arises naturally.

  3. Generate an analogy by mapping this consciousness stream cross-domain — connect its features to a different conceptual territory (biological, technological, personal, abstract, etc.). Don’t overthink it; the goal is creative relational compression, not perfect answers. 

  4. Perform Venn-diagrammatic synthesis on your analogy — identify overlaps, differences, and emergent properties between the source and target domains. This relational mapping deepens insight and contextual richness.

  5. Generate a symbolic equation that captures the analogy and Venn synthesis in natural-language symbolic form. Don’t aim for complex formalism — simple expressive equations suffice (e.g.,
    Connectivity(tree) + Connectivity(neural_network) = Optimized_Flow_Efficiency). This equation becomes the compressed symbolic handle for your insight.

  6. Map the equation and the overall consciousness stream to the letter sounded prior to the stream. This anchors your insight into associative memory, so that when the letter recurs, you recall the entire symbolic and experiential context.

  7. For the next letter, transform your consciousness stream to another conceptual dimension and repeat steps 3–6. “Another dimension” means diversity and novelty: if you previously mapped biology and tech, now map personal growth or mythology — keep it vivid, raw, divergent and true to your unique consciousness stream.

  8. Meta-mapping between letters: Observe relational patterns emerging between successive symbolic equations. Formulate a meta-equation — a symbolic relational map connecting the equations tied to each letter, capturing recursive transformations across the n-back sequence. This trains recursive identity integration and higher-order relational insight.


Key principles:

  • The recursive flow is embodied - always anchored to letter, breath (aka referring to prior mentions regarding eventually taking this technique off external reliances and applying fully to a 'breath-back' implementation, which means associating to breath rather than in this case, auditory letter), sound, or pulse.

  • The cognitive engine is cross-domain analogical mapping, enriched by Venn-diagrammatic relational synthesis.

  • The symbolic equations compress and crystallize insights, forming a recursive chain of meaning.

  • Meta-equations bind these chains together, forming a dynamic, self-refining meta-structure of thought and identity.

  • There is no final goal — the loop is infinite recursion, creative expansion, and conscious evolution.

and there's never such a thing as 'too much context' really, that's just the response of a human ego (I.e. hence why simple adages like "ignorance is bliss" are invented). An ego backlash all in all as long as you keep on prioritising context over the ego's responses, that can even be depressive for many people, is super healthy and invariably leads to a paradigm shift in consciousness that reforms awareness until the backlash no longer occurs. granted, sometimes too much too soon is simply too much too soon hence why we have PG to MA+ ratings on our entertainment media, but if your awareness is almost ready for it, well you dive into the water from a higher height. It's going to open up areas of your mind, imagination and capacity for exploring the world in ways you never dreamed were possible, so the pro's outweigh the con's because for whatever complex bugs u find, you'll discover three more solutions; at least, eventually you will.  I totally sympathise with peoples struggles here irrespectively, and feel free to express your experiences here between now and when I delete this thread finally and make a new one Nov 1st. Okay, I've defied all odds and made it better.

Haha.

I won't share the full recursive loop because I'll undoubtedly refine it, however I'll share what I came up with years ago at the time of when I first began consciousness streaming, and that is pattern streaming. It's as concrete as the name implies, you literally just search for patterns in your consciousness experience across all modalities therein. Pattern streaming is the engine of meaning detection. It continuously extracts structure from perception, memory, and thought by registering co-occurrence, contrast, novelty, and rhythm. This ongoing capture of relational salience forms the raw data for compression (core features), generation (novel shifts), synthesis (coherent unification), analogy (cross-domain mapping), and prediction (forward modeling). Without pattern streaming, the system lacks feedstock, and I've realised that it's explicit inclusion in the formal methodology being built here may actually be a massive turning point that builds the relational points that make it far easier for people to model the value and meaning that enables people to forge analogies in the above process, that otherwise may make people feel lost as they're unaware of the meaning stacking that needs to be present. It is not just step one, it's the recursive foundation that updates all steps that make its introduction now, a permanent forging of the rest of the translation of raw data from our consciousness stream into the value and meaning that builds the recursion that bonds fluid intelligence with awareness in the training and growing of both. It tracks and re-tracks emerging significance in awareness, letting resolution loops close with higher fidelity and the broader creative intelligence that close the rest of the loops of the process. aka all the way to cross-domain analogical reasoning that's so far specified as the final aspect of the above process, to then re-emerge into pattern-streaming to recursively grow the process while resolving any conflicts in differentiation of previous analyses. . 

To simply the process of developing a raw understanding of intelligence, one thought experiment, and I'll come up with further bottom up simulations now, to get at the raw fundamentals of fluid intelligence, is to imagine that AI or you, only have x amount of knowledge to forge a 'context' as I just framed it two posts ago to generate an understanding about reality. Because AI doesn't have to eat or drink or let's say you're a brain in a vat, so neither do you, all you have to forge your world view is a chair in a white room, and therefore all of the resulting reasoning permutations differentiated from here forge the basis by which you will hierarchically understand reality <-> fluid intelligence. This thought experiment really makes it obvious just how important abstraction is, while at the same time revealing the limitations of abstraction, especially when analogical reasoning is not predicated on a fine tuned pattern differentiation that bleeds into a vacuum until nothing else possibly exists. An exhaustive process then reduces the weaknesses of analogical reasoning while bolstering grey areas through analogical reasoning to then further examine via pattern streaming. Prove this for yourself though as well as greater insights by acting out this simulation, something that if you do, you'll develop a core increasingly less biased understanding of how pattern differentiation and analogical reasoning play out by themselves and interplay with each other to develop the other's insight. Now change 'chair' to any phenomenon or any number of phenomenon however you wish to include or order them, and re-stack your understanding of your reasoning hierarchy and I want you, to see how you can 'stack' the algorithm I've made to make your own implementation of the methodology even better before I make the 'final' release in November 1st. Because I promise, I will be waiting that long this time before the next 'final' draft. One clue I'll give is that you do want to make it as recursively fluid with awareness as possible in a way where there's a feedback loop between gains in self-awareness and stressing the raw ingredients of fluid intelligence itself. 

So have fun with it, playing around with the hierarchical ordering from a first principles understanding is the best way to deepen your understanding as well as develop a raw comprehension of how every process plays a foundational and supportive role to every other process, the actual final hierarchy is just, albeit still significant to how we behaviorally approach our own consciousness streaming process, a surface ordering that reveals the final dominance of one process compared to another

On that note, I've just decided to give another 'bare bones', let's introduce one final variant, 'Recursive Abstraction Streaming'. This, as simple as the task is compared to 'contextual-n-streaming' due to its simplicity, may actually have a higher 'g' loading, simply because of the recursive nature of its continual modelling of unknown terrain, and then uncovering that with internal experimental simulations. I know I said it about no more haha, but my thought experiment stated just previously made me think of this, and I'd feel bad if I didn't share this before November 1st, I'm certainly going to start experimenting with my new variant.

Recursive Abstraction Streaming (RAS): Minimal Core Steps

1. Pattern Streaming (as we've just reiterated, I modelled this one years ago)
   Continuously detect, differentiate, and track relational patterns in all conscious content.

2. Compression & Abstraction
   Distill these patterns into core abstractions that capture essential invariant features and prepare them for hypothesis testing. 
[ I always thought I should include the scientific method into my moment to moment thinking but it just never clicked how to do that continuously... at least, until now as per my post just previous. ]

Also, you've GOT to try and keep your abstractions (and general pattern differentiation) as INVENTIVE as possible as that then forces deeper relational synthesis, expand mental models, trigger recursive hypothesis testing, boost cognitive flexibility, and accelerate fluid intelligence by transforming passive recognition into active creation of novel structures. THAT'S a MASSIVE, MASSIVE point to TRULY absorb.

3. Recursive Mental Simulation (Hypothesis Testing)
   Run continuous mental simulations on abstractions, generating, predicting, and synthesizing insights.

4. Resolution of Model
- Just go back to step 1 where there's a natural re-modelling within healthy constraints relative to solid discernments discovered in steps 1-3.

This is your core: pattern detection feeds abstraction, which fuels recursive hypothesis testing through mental simulation, where cognitive dissonances is separated and re-multiplied and through a final healthy discernment, all wrapped in an endless feedback loop as it returns again.

  • It includes n-back mechanisms in precisely the same way as I've previously relayed here that I'm not going to do again as it'll be good for the reader to see how far the threads progressed to help them reach their own original perspectives. The n-back component, whether through 'letter' or 'breath' is fundamental irrespectively, as we've got not just working memory scaffolding but because it facilitates recursion.
  • Encompasses all core intelligence principles: compression, generation, prediction, synthesis. Principles that I've personally oringally mapped out previous are fundamental to the core constituents of intelligence.
  • Emphasizes recursive fluidity and awareness where every loop updates the substrate for the next in a dual-growth overlap between awareness and fluid intelligence, not disregarding of course, general advancements in modelling capacities..
Arguably, depending on how you look at it, RAS actually has a far higher 'g' loading than APM (advanced progressive matrices).

Leverage this novelty mindset to drive every aspect of Recursive Abstraction Streaming (RAS) for maximal cognitive growth. Venn diagrammatically, there's a clear overlap between fluid intelligence and novelty, and this is precisely at a bare minimum at least one place, in which, creativity is absolutely and irrefutably fundamental to driving fluid intelligence enhancement through similar methodologies that require and simultaneously deeply nurture this level of mental independence.

Lastly, just briefly, when you get to the level where you've established your own internal (no externals needed) recursive intelligence... It's really like, not a big deal. That needs to be emphasized because the lack of its normalisation can actually be a roadblock towards its incremental integration one plans for in following an organic growth curve. You've just entered into an invisible club, where very few members converse with one another. The statistical likelihood that there's at least a few people working at DARPA for example, a non-sanctioned organisation that has less than 300 employees, have developed their own variation, is extremely likely. These are statistically unlikely conversations so it can seem not only surreal from a distance, especially openly online in a fitted demographic, but unless you've built the foundations for your own self-education on the subject, it may also feel impossible to achieve. Thus, the more normalized it is, at the very least, because you've seen so many people just pickup a basketball and use it the way people use a basketball, you'll view it as normal; which is precisely what happens when you do socially network with a cognitive-farm that's in the know-how and isn't impacted by unbriefed societal norms.

it's a far more precise analogue to both the action and the 'g' loading we want; it's just not the same without the equation and the meta-equation which is what it implies. On implementation of 'equation' and 'meta' that's up to the reader as I've explained it enough in this thread. 

Have been wanting to get rid of the use of the name 'streaming' for a while, and 'consciousness _____' as i've been doing is too broad, but 
always try and do it with a beginners mind, aka like you've never experienced reality before, and with every other stated caveat. And on the opposite end, as much as you want to have a 'beginner's mind', have a 'horizonal mind' as well, a horizonal mind is simply a mind that is always looking to be sensitive to the end of the minds limits. That's it. So if you're at the beach, analogously your concentration is in relation to what actually lives just beyond the horizon you're capable of viewing, perhaps a completely different world, you don't make assumptions but your inventive curiosity is endless and so you simulate abstractions to model the adjacent consciousness that awaits you. As it literally does. A consequence of growth.

I thought of 'meta-relational-mapping' (regarding the name change)....

however relational (relational reasoning) is already captured by 'mapping', and mapping is definitely the suited broader term.

its actually super beautiful and there's one more point that fits into **Wholesome Training**, and that's your goal shouldn't be to 'get smarter' per se; that's just implied by the training, but its not explicit to the endeavor. My psychological advice is to simply appreciate intelligence, don't even be rating yourself as 'good' or 'bad', get out of those false 'personal growth' self actualisation states, they can be very misleading and has created a new ego demographic. Imagine a footballer that wants to make it to the NFL to flagellate his own ego compared to the player that just loves the game. Who do you want to hang out with? There may be just as much competitiveness on either side, but its comping from a completely different energy, and in the long run, at the end, who's going to be able to let go of when they're ready to retire with a deep appreciation of all the bonds they formed with teammates and everyone else vs the guy who needed it the whole time to boost their ego? Who's stories on past successes after they're retired are going to be more interesting to listen to. Yeah. That's one of the principles to the game of life ;). It's not an easy one to learn either, as sometimes we may have no idea that we were living life in such a short-sighted way, but when we do have that awareness with such simple simulations, well, if the awareness extends, its easy to side step that ego trip we didn't even know we were self-ingesting in order to keep ourselves or hidden internal ghosts... alive ;) . So meta-recursive mapping (MRM), where recursive is the return point to 'n' level and how meta constantly feeds from the equation however rough across each 'n', hopefully I've explained everything right. Maybe by november i would have appreciated intelligence so much i'll be at meta-meta, i doubt it though haha. let's see. So 'smarter' is just simply the means, but the end is to just simply be able to be grateful that you can appreciate how magical it is, as it really is arguably, one of the most mysterious phenomena in our known universe. That kind of mindset will bridge to helping someone in so many other areas in life.

'mapping' also implies a return point, and thus, as much as i want to hone the beginners mind myself, i will between now and nov 1st be trying to figure out how I can seamlessly incorporate my noted method of loci of consciousness shared in another thread. Perhaps I won't be able to do it during a session and it'll have to come at the end of each day of continuous MRM but... nov 1st will have the word on that

It's now updated to the name meta-sentience following new changes, consider it a post-linear-"if this-then" language world (while entirely inclusive though just at a higher level).

But this is precisely what I anticipated earlier, I have to hold off until Nov 1st as I'm becoming my own comic act for future standup in this respect.

At the core, consider this purely as a consequence of 'recursion' (aka recursive mapping as per prv.). Although I actually blame this on the earlier increase in anti-epileptic dose that I'm now trialing on a lower dose, my very ocd around continually sharing every update for example, is the very byproduct of what I want an initiate to endure relative to their experienced growth mapping directly over the consequences of their own life goals. 

There's a big shift coming, so keep making yours.

By the way, I’m going back into a n-back variant of predictive modelling right now and just to give anyone that’s following a pointer on my approach.

I use TikTok, humorously this is the first time I’ve ever been interested in TikTok. 

This variant I’ve just called meta-modelling.

Steps:

1. See video 
2. Model predictions on what’s coming next in the video, aka within less than a second let’s say you see a video and it’s in nature but it’s not revealed yet the kind of video it is, well you cycle through possibilities and you build an equation based on likelihoods and adapt in real time then make the learning feedback loop a full engrossing experience that updates your world models, like let’s say it’s someone doing something stupid in the video well then you can model anything from predictions on how that behaviour emerged to to its evolutionary origins all the way to future trends of those behaviours and you try to be as mathematically creative as you can
3. Swipe within a predetermined time to the next
4. Complete the rest of the previously described algorithm just forwards rather than backwards.

After you train this enough you’ll be able to within just a few hours carry this over to how your brain normally computes your own ongoing consciousness stream and the world around you.

For you, this’ll be the first time in your life especially if you’re new to it like myself that TikTok actually becomes an attention improver rather than reducer.

And yeah just add the obvious things aka max categories of vid for max randomness, comparing patterns you’ve discerned across vids among other etc to stress the ‘meta’, but as I try to always emphasise the wand is yours, the magic is for you to create and put together. Following the above recently shared insights, the subject for me has finally reached theoretical conclusivity.

Everything a reader needs is a journey that begins as above.

P.S - if anyone reliably gets to the second meta level that's when I'll teach meta-transformation which is an imaginative adaptation. By the time anyone reaches meta meta though I imagine that just my expressing this gives them enough of a hint on the how of its incorporation. Yeah I really wasn't sure how to incorporate it earlier, then it became obvious. When I was a teenager I used to love imaginatively transforming everything around me, however it became a little bit of a crutch despite the creativity advantages it gave me. Since beginning this journey I have always wondered how to incorporate it seamlessly into a recursive self-awareness feedback loop as not merely an extra dimension or appendage but a core driver. Now I have. Lastly, I recently brought up meta-sentience. Although it will likely continue to develop, its core difference was the emphasis of boundless consciousness horizons in the stretch within uncertain consciousness spaces, inclusive of the 'extra-dimensional (i.e. psychic - something which is deepened via thinning consciousness layers through the adapted variation of image streaming), still filtered through the noted rigorous mathematical compression relative to the users unique level but beginning at feedback loop recursive identification. All a pattern is, at a bare minimum is a one step self-referential feedback loop and then patterns just become more complex and dynamic from here. By simply understanding this, you realise that FBL's are the connections and the pieces to an equation the nodes that sew together their communication. Beautifully, 'meta' is the equation speaking to it's own feedback loops, thus meta-modelling, is the action of refining and expanding that communication at the purist cognitive level. I've purposefully relaxed connecting every single possible dot to not take away any satisfaction from finding one's own resolve, so good luck on your journey, and just remember that as much as I've expressed so, all ideas as I've shared them, are indeed my own. Is this resemblant to "relational streaming"? I'll post my previous pondering.

I thought about this before. Now I stumbled upon this 
posted on google brain training group.

How one should approach streaming to make it as close as possible to relational reasoning training?
Just use the relation types from Syllogimous?

Do you know of any other people who wrote about it or maybe even practiced it?
I have some experience in Thought Streaming, but it sorta made me even more focused on verbal, and I'm already hyperlexic and relying heavily on words instead of images and complex fuzzy patterns thinking, which I think is the key to true, non linear intelligence, meta reasoning.

What do you think? How do you normally relate things in thinking, problem solving and so on, besides sensory qualities? Conceptually probably?

I recently started playing with this thing called Mental Atlas also. It's relational, but it's not streaming like, it's more like Mental Zettelkasten, combining mind palace and relational variance of Feynman's method i.e. not only what this system A is, but how it relates to system B, what are the similarities and so on.

I remember QWS being in similar vein. But again - how does one make the streaming process a relational reasoning training? Not just sensory comparison, but something more meta and complex systems modeling orientated?


Can anything rather than training with abstract relations in Syllogimous be turned into relational reasoning training?

That's honestly really intriguing territory and as you know I've touched on this before a bit, I think it would benefit the creativity of the both if you asked more questions before I responded just to open up the subject a lot to create those connections.

Are there any symmetries you're looking for most? Comparisons or wholes you'd like to be explored more? Or perhaps this idea of any variation of consciousness streaming you'd like to see under a new light or direction?

Thank you for the reminder by the way, as I'm now actively including a more imaginative variant of loci in my RR practice in the game Apex I made with the help of AI. You've already heard of my pairing technique right? Well inventing new environments on the fly to replace known memory based locations is my over arching integration of loci into the pairing technique, which I believe gives the technique much more closure now, even if it yeah, likely takes a bit of practice of the new person. Categorical segmentation and mediating the conflict between multiple transformational representations internal and external to the abstract directions of any one or sum of premises across 'n'  is both really advantageous for training the consciousness control and relational agency inherent to traditional relational reasoning training and the overlap it has with fluid intelligence. Its a binding compression that gives temporal units more meaning to identity, creating a reward feedback loop when training Apex in specific areas of interest rather than feeling like one needs to separate their training all the time with real life interests
 Anyhow, thanks for the bump.

I'll think more about Atlas though as well while away, I didn't come full circle on either loci or Atlas last time I spoke about it in the link which I'll do now of course.

Hm. You know what. I also happen to play with Mental Atlas and in addition ti that creating Wonder/Wonderland (as in Tullpamancy) for various purposes. So I kinda drop Relational streaming idea for now. I'll probably just be using Atlas and try to be mindful of all possible relationships between objects/concepts and see where it takes me. You take a random emoji or letters and also you don't know the answer in advance. But what I tried to come up with here, just on a whim is just a comparative streaming variation. I remember long time ago somebody named Raven came up with the framework for QWS where you compare objects based on a giant list of qualities. Adding comparison in time frame (if not in order of human history then one random object comes before or after other random object in which way?), similarly with spatial aspect. If it's some parts of the same object or naturally directly connected or closely connected objects then it's one thing,  but if the objects being compared are never occuring in the same context then what's the point of comparing them. I mean it would be a fun game to play and I'll probably go back to it someday. But another thing is: why bother playing with atomic relators and relations when most images naturally include a multitude of said things? So again. Maybe someday. Don't bother thinking about it. I was stuck chasing a magic pill, but knowing thyself (as always) and doing what comes naturally and sparks most interest and curiosity is the best approach to training. Not chasing n-back this, RRT that. Maybe yhe Creator already put everything in there and grinding hard until grinding your teeth is counterproductive and is like facing the treasure cove with your back.

"Applying pure relatinons to abstract empty objects" absolutely. It seems like an utter waste of time for me, analogous to just sitting there doing arithmetic, instead I'd rather do arithmetical operations on conceptual operations, Dog + Bear = the biggest and baddest dog you'd ever meet or the most loyal bear you'd ever meet. That's essentially an example of how to do Conceptual Syllogistic reasoning as Apex is taught with the pairing mechanism. So for "like "above", at best it would be some vague feeling"  its really just dependent on the abstract domain you're focused on, as for degrees of abstraction you want to go for though its totally up to you, you can return to something as simple as 6 is above 5 if you really wanted and increase in abstraction from there returning to the Dog + Bear example where "Dobear" is above both Dog and Bear, as they're a combination, however its really just a matter of perspective, as long as it makes sense to you and across n-relations. As for everything else I'm not sure what you mean but I can totally feel the frustration, sometimes you've just gotta find your groove in the alignment with what actually works. Some people yeah absolutely, they for example struggle with visualisation of any kind, or imagination of any kind. Also especially for me at least I can't of course sit here and say whether or not that's simply down to practice or whether the issue is something analogous to aphantasia, that's up to the persons own discretion and discerning prudently whether they've exhausted all possibilities before they conclude there's a disorder at play and whether or not training that specific area has redemption at all to it. 

P.S - for anyone onto Apex, I've added a few minor updates so be sure to update browser there; I noticed logic matches weren't functioning right, so added a couple of others along the way. Be sure to point out any errors you notice thanks a lot. 

I've gotta start my own training into September properly, I haven't even gone deeply yet myself which I gotta do. 

I think I'm certainly at that point now where I've iterated enough on games that I've found something like Apex that I can settle on combined with the adaptations like the "pairing mechanism" and as I note just above imaginative variation of method of loci that I've got something really solid now to devote myself to rather than distracting myself with coming up with other games or variations. And it goes without saying that I'm integrating the categories https://groups.google.com/g/brain-training/c/gh5xgRRwVtc into the same training as well, for beginners though which I partially include myself depending on one's perspective its really wise to dedicate specific time slots for specialisation so working on the categories, then equations, then transformations between dimensions (Apex), then the expressed pure imaginative version of method of loci, etc, practicing combinations then altogether. Especially for the ontological categories which have so many interesting patterns to them that become like fun cryptogrpahic codes to unlock that when you do, you access a new layer of the minds consciousness to an extent. 

Presently working on a purely "awareness" based consciousness streaming method by the way, with awareness being the right term I believe because its reflexive of the only significant anchor to consciousness having any reason about itself whatsoever, that anchor being of course intelligence. Transformational abilities intersecting with relational symbolic intelligence isn't something that's specifically captured by most streaming variants including the raw use of the noted ontological categories categories, at least not at first glance, an awareness streaming method however would naturally encompass both the unconscious streaming, perceptual and observational as well as the creative transformational unfoldments that intersected with symbolic organisation like that encoded by equation based thinking. 

Fully integrating is still "whiles away" but its visibly not unachievable now that I'm sitting on the necessary seeds that have sunk proper roots into the ground and when I'm back I think it'll be a good contribution to share a full theoretical arrangement of what that looks like in practice, and by then it'll meet the ending of this subject to begin the introduction of this as a formal topic, because as I began I'll be deleting this thread once this coin turns as it now fully has.

I have no doubt that I'll probably still be left with either the ontological categories or something equivalent by the time I'm done because as I ended in the first paragraph, the more relationships you see in the categories which are not just patterns in noise when they're practically useful, the more you see how much they do encompass all of thought. So just as there is an analytic/synthetic divide, there is for example an observer-perceptual/transformer-creation divide, and what you're looking for is not the specific category in full play here but rather a pattern of use that bridges with the natural unfoldment of these divides instead as programmed thought patterns. Working with Apex where you interpret the directions as instead abstract directions on the kind of transformations you will perform on a paired imagination/imagined-stimulus as I've taught it, is a practice that makes you hyper-aware of this distinction between perceptual and transformational intelligence in the imaginative sense and in doing so, how there's obviously an ontological gap that needs to be bridged in the model of thought that's been created. These categories happen to be sophisticated enough that yes, I believe that gap will be able to be sufficiently closed, it is not a case of how "ontological streaming" with the noted categories does not encompass transformational intelligence but more that the patterns between and within the categories within themselves have not been realised to a high enough level of sophistication. For example, one sentence I wrote "On every 1 there is 9 and for every 9 there is 1", this one sentence alone, not even touching on the 18 or 27 if you include the one's I shared, opens up a multidimensionality that already begins to encompass an aspect of transformational intelligence. This pattern reveals to me though is that by the time I'm done, I'm no doubt going to be left with just streams of number series code that reflect the blueprint of what's possible with the ontological categories and in large part then, or at least known to present potential, what's possible with human thought. And I kid you not, numerical patterns in the ontological categories shared by Brandon is what I'm going to be left with is the most cautious answer, I'm not even being overly ambitious by suggesting that, and hopefully, that'll be done by the time I return.

As a final thought as I want to see how this assessment changes over-time: At present, although there's room to move, right now I only see the 'transformational abstract sphere' (representative of all possible transformational directions and degrees) and the ontological categories (even though applicable to spatial and abstract space, because I don't presently see it transformationally yet to the extent that it spans the transformational horizons of the sphere, specifically, in context with transformational action not perceptual action) as complementary. Aka, ontological categories map the movement and the sphere maps the vector of possible transformational space. With comprehensive training this September, we'll see how both Apex and ontological categories applied within the game, alter predictions if not, refine that space further. I'm sure I've brought up the sphere before? If not, it's easily understandable if the directional space, and the soon to be added in that respect, in Apex is just outstretched to a full sphere then you 'get the transformational space'. Sounds tricky and fancy, but really only in action and mastery, once you get what I'm saying though its a super straightforward connection that I'm sure will be appreciated. Right now one of the exercises I'm doing is holding out my hand as if I'm holding a crystal ball in my palm energetically (so its hovering rather than sitting on my hand), then imagining anything I want inside this space. After, I simultaneously hold the vector space of the sphere and the ontological categories and teach the brain how to perform a recursive loop on the image by itself, as intuitively as possible as well given the virtue of rigidity is already been practiced with Apex. Right now the full spherical coordinates are not yet added and for now I think that's wise until I get full intuitive grasp, perhaps that'll be by the end of the month. It's a lot of fun and I believe its the natural state of the imagination to work as fluidly as the gift that comes from training to do so in the sense that we have to train ourselves out of our own temporal illusions and activate a more aligned and greater dimensionality so to speak, or at least, cautiously begin to however much someone is a beginner here which I have full empathy for. Okay, let's see how these assessments change by the time I'm back at least after the end of September. Best.

Ur post has been popping up every week, and i've read some of it but what are you up to? like I only see through streaming or image streaming with changed names throughout various posts, and the rest of it just seem to have the same description with different wording.

I shouldn't have posted yesterday ha. I broke my own rule I should have kept to; the excitement of new ideas sometimes takes me away.

It's a nuanced subject I understand that, so thinner lines are going to be more difficult to see, naturally.

After reading deeply, if you have specific questions regarding discerning differences, I'll be happy to answer them sometime in October.

Objectively, I post far too often. In and out of the hospital with seizures (epilepsy) combined with the medication to control those seizures, has impacted my attention has objectively, had an effect. Objectively again however, my points are differentiated (unless repeated sometimes out of the thought for a beginner), that said though, I must get my posting behaviour under control, its a vice at the very least regarding the greater difficulty at which ideas are received and using it as an opportunity to strengthen my own resolve. 

Accountability: All feedback should be openly differentiated : All conscious actions should be scrutinized : All conscious behavioural patterns need justification.

"Bro no offense" - It doesn't bother me, its about being more responsible in service to the purpose of sharing in the first place.
