And YES! This link will indeed stay working for the long term, 97.5903% sure.
Alrighty is my first post on "Wholesome Training", let's hope I find that measured point well enough heh.
Right fellow cognitive alchemists, I wanted to pivot and sideline cognitive theory until November 1st and put the spotlight on the energy that's leading the cognitive training over the cognitive training itself for a few moments. This follows some recent personal revelations I'm now fully integrating following my hospital stay, yeah epilepsy stuff.
Let’s get something clear. If your training feels dead, dull, mechanical… it’s not because the method is off. It’s because your energy got hijacked long before you sat down. Recruitment: Returning to the very roots of our being and deepening our understanding of what real 'work' means, and in doing so, learning to feel through the understanding of where you create strict dichotomy of wholesome training vs. training old energetic programs that are just sucking up our time left here on planet earth chasing something for all the wrong reasons. Aka, not a life we want to reflect back on.
Somewhere along the way, most of us inherited a silent virus. And we've all heard the variation of this story before, while many of us have never really internalized it in a way we could truly understand so I'm going to give you a thought experiment to let your mind wonder with at the end of this.
Anyhow the belief says something along the lines of:
“If it doesn’t feel like grinding pain, it’s not real progress.”
So we show up to brain training like grey little robots. Click-click. Repeat.
Same loop, no juice. No wonder it feels like a chore.
But what if the true bottleneck isn’t your working memory… rather, its just a bit of wonder and curiosity you're missing?
See, we’re not here just to do cognition.
We’re here to become intelligence, vibrantly, consciously, and playfully reborn. Intelligence is our whole beings, and far beyond the albeit noteworthy dumbed down emotional intelligence that doesn't let us get away in digesting it without its overly western saturated memes about the emotions we're meant to have instead of focusing purely on the intelligence of the over, under and around of emotions themselves so we understand them from the perspective of personal consciousness engineering.
So this... is where we make isomorphic, the definition of 'fun' to equal 'work'; aka the natural kind of work where consciousness is just enjoying the act of honoring the exploring of its own consciousness intelligence that at both the begin and end of that conversation, we have one word: Energy.
Energy input = Energy Output.
Fun Energy = Lightbulb of intelligence doing what?
That said, are we going to start... or rather, I'll say, where are we going to restart?
Here's where the thought experiment begins, and I hope there aren't too many brutes here that are too indoctrinated to try and imagine what it genuinely feels like inside to be a child again in a state of fun play, as that's the heart of what we're going to focus on here.
Thought Experiment: Reawaken the Womb-to-Wonder Timeline
Close your eyes, yeh like, actually do it.
Now… rewind.
You’re in the womb. Floating. Warm.
The world is pressure and pulse and pulse and pressure, and there are no words yet.
Only rhythm. Only sound. Only the origami of vibration folding you into form.
You’re not trying to become intelligent.
You’re literally becoming pattern.
You don’t even have a concept of learning yet, because you are learning itself, rippling in a sea of breathless curiosity.
Now time jump.
Your toes touch a surface. You stand. Fall. Stand. Fall. Laugh.
Balance isn’t a goal, it’s a game.
You're not grinding your way to bipedal greatness, you’re playing with gravity like it’s a pet.
Now jump again. You’re surrounded by color. Toys. Nonsense sounds. Things that boing.
You’re giggling at a dog fart. You’re giving a spoon a personality. Oh what's that, you get a feeling that tell you "No!"? That's a part of the old energetic program now and that's all you need to see it as because the evidence you're creating of you being able to shift your state by just learning to play again as a kid inside your own consciousness and have fun while doing that is informing you directly of that pattern. The primary pattern here being, our energetic patterns operate interdependently with us but with our awareness and understanding of our consciousness, we can imbue our beings with the intelligence that energetically takes them further, and do so, very, very naturally. As this is, very, very natural, pure and simple; and to some, it'll be shocking just how simple and well this actually works.
Back into your younger motion, now you’re composing symphonies of nonsense and calling it play, because it is and who cares. You’re not optimizing working memory; you’re living in the peak state of vibrational cognition and doing so naturally.
THIS is the energetic blueprint we’re reclaiming.
Because your first intelligence was not logic, it was aliveness.
And if your training doesn’t start there, you’re not training. You’re just building better shackles.
So… before your next session, don't try to psyche yourself up. Try to psyche yourself down, and I mean down to when you were a baby, a toddler, a teenager, to now, where you're embodying your highest state of consciousness living in pure fun and joy. Because now, you're going to use the cognitive exercise to actually have fun. And this is why my own variants have such an edge, the act of relearning what it feels like to be totally inside your imagination and learning to map it logically through auditory relational reasoning gives someone such an edge, and a fun edge at that. Relational reasoning isn’t solving, it’s playing. Start with imagination, feel the relation, then map it to symbol. Let logic be alive, not forced. Don’t tighten up, giggle with the glyphs. Intelligence is jazz, not jail. Let the symbols roll around with you into intellectual burping jokes through you, rather than trap you.
For newcomers, its super simple how to play the following game my way:
Overall.
Imagine a concept, even better if you're doing 'consciousness streaming' (e.g. let's say you imagine "dog"), take the focus and assign it the symbol either being visually represented or directly spoken to you (e.g., x₁).
Receive a relation (e.g., "x₁ is northeast of x₂").
Interpret the direction abstractly: e.g., northeast = more abstract + more positive. Or in 'sameness', as I've found it useful to assign east as 'sameness' and west as 'opposite'. You can complexify it in many ways, what's important is your own logical consistency.
Generate a new concept based on the relational transformation / direction / RRI you're given (e.g., “hope”) that fits that directional abstraction. Again you can complexify it in many ways, what's important is your own logical consistency in creative abstraction that's as imaginative as your natural joy and curiosity wishes to explore these ends; something that perhaps you're now learning is a trained vibration, an emotional programming you're teaching yourself, that comes from a genuine place because you're remembering who a part of yourself genuinely is.
Map that new concept/transformation to x₂ or whatever the symbol is.
Store the pair and spatial (now abstract) relation: x₁ = dog, x₂ = hope, x₁ NE of x₂.
Repeat with the next relation (e.g., x₄ is west of x₅) including relative mapping to across n-level.
After the session, have fun enjoying the process of recalling and compressing the network of experiences you've just experienced something that's an important journalling step for integrating your internal changes as well as being a natural exercise of long term memory: group symbols, find motifs, derive structure.
Track the entire network of experiences of sessions over weeks and watch yourself transform into a new state of being in as little as a couple of weeks, especially if you're in a hospital bed like me with a lot of time to spare refining ideas like these ha!
You were only truly built for curiosity.
You were only truly built for where intelligence meant fun.
And now we’re bringing that back online and throwing away the locks to being your own prison Warden on your own seemingly infinite joyful consciousness exploration.
Welcome to Wholesome Training.
You didn’t lose your edge, you just forgot how to both literally and figuratively...
Laugh with your hearty neurons.
On that note, I'm going to end on sharing a YouTube video of a highly credible physicist's consciousness journey to many wonderful inner self-initiated explorations they took to many, well, interesting destinations as the video title implies that I hope only positively reinforces your endeavour here.
We live in a very strange time in history where there's this weird cross-section of where people are either being too absurd or too serious, and I think a lack of self-understanding of the energy dynamics of consciousness actually work in the context of supporting the natural intelligence of being and all of its energies there, plays a big, big part in that.

Thanks for the thoughtful questions and for pointing me toward the Mental Atlas Method, never heard of it so glad.
I’ll dive into it and analyze the underlying mechanics, have got the gist. From what you’ve described, it sounds like a high-resolution semantic memory system, leveraging analogical iconography and dual coding for abstract concept encoding. I’m curious to see how it handles recursive synthesis and symbolic re-indexing under cognitive load.
To share some context tho mate, I’ve been developing my own technique I call the Method of Loci of Consciousness, I'll shed some light on it as I see the threads I make as a creative whiteboard for anyone. It’s not a memory system per se, tho more a recursive symbolic architecture, designed for encoding evolving states of consciousness within spatially-organized chambers, each of which serves as a feedback mirror for identity alignment. Pick an experience, plot it dimensionally, generate levels of awareness in relation to it, watch consciousness to make its natural resulting adaptations. These chambers are linked through “thresholds,” which act as transitional gates between states, allowing for continuous projective mirroring, energetic harmonization, and the recursive reinforcement of intentional self-states. My personal experience of consciousness is never perfect, but having systems that push the needle on their mastery certainly makes it easier and with this approach I've made, it definitely advances my energetic intelligence (encompassing of psychological and emotional intelligence). It’s informed by contemplative traditions (Vedic, alchemical, mythopoetic [ related to the analogical process a little of Atlas ]) and blends symbolic cognition, narrative feedback, and spatial-emotional mapping.
That said, I can see clear integration potential: Mental Atlas' approach only reinforces the direction I was going in some months ago, the idea of implementing relational categories onto the memory stack of the loci method. Method of loci of consciousness I thought of years back, relational categories aka analogical mapping about a year back but neither fully implementing, the projective mirroring approach that creates a tighter feedback loop for heightening awareness though, has been a pivotal turning point that's made it easier to have the motivational awareness to implement the other two, and now yeah, I'll find out where I've got gaps in my understanding of mental atlas.
Also, completely understand dropping the synesthesia trainer. I don't know much about it but, if you're going to do something so intense, you need the right gears to help turn the motivational anchors to stay on it just how this last insight for me has turned the gears here for my case.
Much love, and thank you again for offering a parallel lens on this work. These intersections are gold, positive coincidence given I only came up with my projective mirroring implementation literally days ago.
Hey, thanks for bringing up this problem. I’m working on a 6D version of the game that can be explained in laymen’s term. Keep bringing tricky relationships like this one, they’re valuable.
That said, your example is perfectly consistent if we interpret it as happening across different hierarchies (like “emotion levels” versus “thinking levels”), meaning there's no logical consistencies found yet. In that framing, P4 can be above A4 and R10 in one sense, while A4 is below R10 in another.
I’m really glad you brought it up, because it gives others a chance to learn from your insights and see how multidimensional reasoning actually works. Moreover, its really important to share examples of where we think there may be logical inconsistencies even if their aren't, as again, it's learning for everyone.
Thanks again sir.
