Just came back to DNB training after a couple of years off. I have been doing a few different nootropic type activities, but I must say after everything I've done (nootropics, piano, exercise, etc..) DNB consistently delivers a relatively massive and unique spectrum of initial effects across multiple domains due to the way it wakes up the PFC within only a day or 2 of starting training.. I say all this to say it's good to be back!

Have you ever wondered about taking on ontological streaming?

What's ontological streaming? Is this in any way related to image streaming?

Yeah absolutely, check out Brandon's work here.

The meru (see Brandon's sources) website is incredibly fascinating too; still implementing a lot of the work there, including some what others might refer to as creative adaptations.

Yes you are right. The problem with Ontological categories description on this group - it is written in complex words (thanks to rich vocabulary of the author) and many people who read it do not understand logic of ontological categories and most of them do not persist further to understand it. I think it would be very helpful for others if someone who understands ontological categories very well, re-writes description of ontological categories in simple language - which can be understood easily without effort by everyone including English non-native language speakers. After all, ontological categories description has been added to the group, to communicate its meaning to as many readers as possible in efficient way, so others can learn - which is main purpose. When things are communicated in simple language, it reaches more audience at faster rate, after all simplicity is within nature of human beings.

Here, however, I have no intention to criticize particular writing style. I understand writing in complex words is a really great tool for improving long term memory, working memory and dare I say for abstract thinking.

I too want to SNB again; the only thing that discourage me is the enhanced dream activity. I remember back in the day, my dreams were so intense to the point I was actually quite frustrated with it.

I recall the same happening to me. The dreams were oddly morbid, but that's probably a reflection on idiosyncracies. This time around the dreams havent yet started.
