Hi Iris,

What is the model of your oscilloscope? How is it connected to the computer? Is it a USB cable, ethernet cable, other? Do you have other programs that can read this oscilloscope data?

You might want to replace the oscilloscope with an OpenEphys, NI-DAQ or other board which can already interface with Bonsai directly, and then route your input / output to them.

Hi everyone,

I am starting to learn Bonsai for my behavior test.
I'm currently using ultrasound for the brain stimulation, and I want the stimulation trigger to be displayed in the my final data so that I can get the latency and from the stimulation onset.
I expect the mouse speed will be changed at the point of stimulation.
The function generator is sending the trigger to the oscilloscope and the oscilloscope is connected to the Bonsai installed PC though communication cable.
Is there a way to insert trigger signal in my work flow?

Any kinds of advise will be appreciated!
Iris
