I have data with 17 traits and 17M SNP marker data, when performing GWAS this message is shown " Your data Size is over the data size limitations in BLINK, Please email....... to ask for unlimited version.

Kindly Guide.

What is the size limit for the unlicensed version? Will it work with 6 million SNPs and 470 individuals?

No. The size limit is marker_size * sample_size < 50 million. Thanks.
