Hi,

I'm interested to use BLINK on my data. As my data are quite big, I would like to use the C version and not the R. I'm not able to find the correct option in C version to specify a LD cutoff and a P.threshold.
Is that possible ?

Best regards,

Morgane

Hi Morgane,

Thanks for asking.

We don’t recommend to change LD cutoff as it may cause dramatically increasing of computing task. The current LD cutoff has been optimized, which is the best for all the testing datasets.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any question.

Thanks!

Meng
