Regarding Installation of BISQUE platform

Respected Sir/Mam,

 

Myself Rohit Sarparapu, persuing Btech (Comp.Sc) in GITAM university ,Visakhapatnam .Present we are in internship program doing on the BISQUE platform.

 

We are trying to learn,work & code on the BISQUE ,but we are unable to install the platform in our laptops. We tried to install virtual machine application  also but it is giving us errors .

Installed : bq057-full.ova

                   BQvirtual.ova

                   Active Python

But, those gave us error replies and some did not run          

So could you please help me giving the solution steps for the installation .

 

LAPTOP CONFIGURATION:

DELL INSPIRON 15

OS :- WINDOWS 10

Processor:- INTEL CORE i5-8^th gen.

RAM :- 8GB

System Type:- x64-based PC

64BIT.

  This is our preferred installation method:  

Install docker (light weight VM) on you laptop:

      https://www.docker.com/community-edition

Install Bisque using docker containers:

     https://bitbucket.org/CBIucsb/bisque-stable/src/default/README.md
