One of my colleagues is looking for an Indian lady who can stay with a family of 3 - husband, wife, one year old child and take care of day to day household things for next 2 years. They are from Punjab and know Hindi and English. Language is a limitation but not a problem for day to day things.

They will sponsor passport and Visa as well and pay Rs 10k per month with a 2 years contract.

(In my opinion 10k is less as even in India people pay 8-9k for stay in maids, but money could be a separate discussion).

Just to offer an advise..

Payment should be decided based on the regulations of the country in which the maid will work in and not based on his/her country of origin/ nationality.
