We got in 10 days of filling the RTI. We have filled the above attached RTI with Tellapur panchayat. We have not paid 10rs also,as it is village panchayat. For some copies we paid the money.

Also attached the copy of the complaint submitted to State Human Rights Commission yesterday ( Friday 18-12-2009) .

Hello Friends

I wanted to bring one of the old news into lime light. 

Long back through our group ( Please refer the mail chain ) we have brought to APEC members one of the Scam by Aliens Space station. They dumped mud and demolished the memorials in the burial ground in the intention to encroach the Medla cheruvu ( lake ). 

Then after some discussions they paid some money to villagers and reconstructed the memorials saying " We are not sure who has done it, but you claim we ( Aliens Space station management ) has done all these we will take the responsibility ) " . Things went fine, recently we have visited the place again and shocked to see the way the memorials got constructed. ( Pictures attached , please refer ).

Some People like Aliens group are ready to do anything to have their benefits though the land or part does not belong to them.

Also they are cheating the public by showing the wrong blue print in the website.

Couple of follow up questions on the subject - based on the reply given by Gram Panchayat, Copy of the layout duly approved by HUDA should have been enclosed with the reply.

 

Was the approved layout, shows the encroachment of the Burial ground and the lake ?

 

For point # 2, they have responeded as "soon after coming to the notice, the work was stopped by the Tahsildar and steps have been taken to lift the mud and stones in the lake" - Any idea has that been done ?

First of all thanks for the reply.

If we ask me the below questions all of them are important. On the top of them we need to make the public aware of the fraud or cheating done by Aliens space station , which obviously resolves the other issues.

We have put pressure on the government ( Represented Collector as they have dumped the lakes, Given complaints to State Human Rights Commission as they have demolished the burial grounds which effected the sentiments of the villagers ).

Now it has taken almost 4 to 5 months to take action on them ,that too not completely.

Finally coming to the conclusion we have the below changes...

Make public aware of the misleading publicity by Aliens in the news paper.

Protect the lake.

Burial ground is almost protected ( Actions were taken fine from our side )

There is no point going into the marketing activities of that company or even into their internal activities. 

 

Our first and the foremost criteria is protecting the lake and its natural geography. Grave Yard is already protected as well as the sentiment of the village. As was told by our friend Panasaram.

 

I will take sometime out in finding the exact details of the lake. Then we can make an action plan to protect and conserve the lake and its sorrounding areas upto FTL. So that no other Aliens Group and any other Group will occupy the same. I request our friend Panasaram to help me in taking this forward, by giving me the adequate support as he has been following this closely.

Due to some efforts , on Wed and Thursday the MRO and Deputy collector were involved in fixing the stones.

I agree with Sundeep point ,instead of going into marketing activity , it is our job to protect the lake....

Now the burial ground and the other things are fine. Coming to lake point of view, the Deputy collector promised to allocated some funds from govt to improve the lake. We have to focus on it. Get that funds get releases at the earliest and utilized before June.

If anyone is ready to join and work on this i can provide all the information. You need to come to BHEL , then i can take you to the lake area, it will be 5kms from there. If you can come in group  then i can take all of you at one shot. 

I have all the information related to lake. We need to put the things in action.
