Hello:

I was trying to add nodes from NCBI taxonomy. I did give just A in Genes Search String and once I selected all nodes and clicked Ok

I got the following message.

Hi Maha,

Sorry for the delay. We have been having problems with this server for the last week. Bionetbuilder is back up and running so please give it a try again. We are still diagnosing the problem so you may experience another outage.
